Harbour Plaza Metropolitan Shanghai is built by Hong Kong Haiyi Group. It combines the fashionable simplicity of Hong Kong culture with the modern retro of Shanghai culture. Many train elements are incorporated into the design, making people feel like they are in the old train station. The hotel lobby bar simulates the ticket office of the old station.
